• Items Left in Garments: Neat and Clean Dry Cleaners is not responsible for any personal items left in garments. Please ensure that all pockets are emptied before handing over your garments for cleaning.

3. Collection and Delivery

• Delivery Schedule: Delivery times will be agreed upon at the time of placing the order. While we strive to meet all agreed-upon delivery times, Neat and Clean Dry Cleaner is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.          
• Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred for subsequent delivery attempts.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: Prices for our services are as listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Additional charges may apply for special services or handling of delicate items.                      
• Payment: Payment is due upon delivery of the cleaned garments. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as listed on our website.

5. Liability

• Garment Care: While we handle every garment with care, Neat and Clean Dry Cleaner is not liable for damage to garments that are not suitable for standard dry cleaning processes or for items with inherent weaknesses or defects.                               
• Lost Items: In the rare event of a lost item, Neat and Clean Dry Cleaner's liability is limited to the lesser of 10 times the cleaning cost or the depreciated value of the garment as determined by industry standards.                                                
• Damage Claims: Any damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the garments. Neat and Clean Dry Cleaner reserves the right to inspect the garment and offer a suitable resolution.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
