1. Reporting an Issue

If you believe there is an issue with our service, such as a problem with cleaning, damage to a garment, or missing items, please report it to us as soon as possible:

  • Timeframe: Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery of your garments.                          
  • How to Report: Visit our store, call us at +91-6200773976, or email us at pankajku01011993@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

2. Inspection and Resolution

  • Upon receiving your complaint, our team will inspect the garments to assess the issue.               
  • If the problem is due to a mistake on our part, we will take full responsibility and offer the following options:
    • Re-Cleaning: We will re-clean the garment at no additional charge.                                     
    • Repair: If the garment is damaged and can be repaired, we will do so at no cost.              
    • Replacement or Refund: In cases where re-cleaning or repair is not possible, we will offer a fair replacement or refund based on the garment’s value and condition.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • The garment must be in the same condition as when it was returned to you by Neat and Clean Dry Cleaners.                                                                  
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, must be provided. 

4. Exclusions

Our return policy does not cover:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: We are not responsible for garments that deteriorate due to age, normal wear, or pre-existing conditions.                                
  • Special Items: Certain delicate or specialty items may be excluded from our return policy. Please check with us before processing such items.           
  • Non-Cleaning Related Issues: Issues unrelated to the cleaning process, such as damage caused by incorrect care labels, are not covered.
